Job Title: Project Coordinator - Diebold Service Engagements

Location: Fully Remote
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator for Diebold service engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our projects by effectively managing schedules, coordinating with various teams, and serving as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and distribute project schedules and spreadsheets
- Communicate regularly with project teams and branch associates
- Generate and distribute technician packets with project-specific instructions
- Track product orders and deliverables, providing timely reports
- Escalate any project issues for prompt resolution
- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls as necessary
- Coordinate daily activities of Customer Service Engineers, Job Site Coordinators, and Subcontractors
- Assist in developing project plans, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience in project coordination
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including functions like Right, Left, V-lookup, and Concatenate
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency in software, networking, and systems development
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
